Voting the Ruling Party

I identify myself as an agnostic Buddhist so on one hand I believe fully in karma, on the other hand my gut feeling tells me that I can think all I want but in the end I still won't know how things in life work.

Still, I count my blessings that I am not the poorest Singaporean in this country, I am grateful for all the little gifts in life that I am showered by, such as good education, good housing, good family support, good government, so on so forth.

I will continue to vote the People's Action Party because I feel that this world does not owe me a living, but I owe the ruling party a vote because my mother - a die hard PAP follower - insists that we support the government. I thank the PAP - I think it's both luck and karma that we have such a stable society.
